Store and corporate refusal to remedy errors despite exhaustive notice. Improperly assessed charges remain unrefunded. Outstanding refund of $660 in misapplied charges is past due and requires immediate remediation.

Customer service is excellent, location convenient, but the hours of the location and the price increase of nearly 30% after only a few months are a major deterrant.

Reliability of service.

The price increases were astronomical! They increased by $500 since we started a couple years ago. It’s insane. Our stuff also always smelled like moth balls. Everything.

I really like the facility but with a full time job I find it hard to get there in time before the facility is closed. It would be helpful to have there be one evening a week that had later hours to make drop off easier.

Don’t need to store my items anymore
