Reliability of service.

The price increases were astronomical! They increased by $500 since we started a couple years ago. It’s insane. Our stuff also always smelled like moth balls. Everything.

I really like the facility but with a full time job I find it hard to get there in time before the facility is closed. It would be helpful to have there be one evening a week that had later hours to make drop off easier.

Don’t need to store my items anymore

Staff was incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly

Raise rates too frequently and with little advance notice.Facility hours make it challenging for anyone who works a traditional schedule to stop by to retrieve items or move out of the facility.

Unfortunately, customer service is an issue as when problems do arise they do not know how to properly communicate and breakdown and go through what can be done with their clients . This leads to a back-and-forth where you can see and notice they become overly emotional. Upon signing any leases, they do not go over the documentation and instead slip in additional paperwork paperwork instead instead of once again communicating with clients just trying to get you to sign without properly going over any documents.

They are very helpful and courteous, concerned. Beautiful workers. I appreciate them when they call to remind me

Increased rates were excessive. My initial payment for the same storage space moved from $267.50 to $492.00 to $643.00 to $824.00. Unsustainable hikes for the space e
