The price was fair and the service was as expected so....

The staff are VERY friendly and helpful and the facility secure and nicely kept. The only reason it isn't a 10 is because of the unusually high raises in rental fees (our latest went up $130 a month which I feel is uncalled for). We don't have a choice but to have a storage unit but cannot afford overly high fees.

The hours the location is open are terrible and totally inconvenient. It’s outrageous to charge so much money for storage unit that is nearly impossible to access if you have a job. I was always scrambling to get the unit before it closed and many times I didn’t make it. 300$ a month for a unit you can hardly access? Seriously fix this issue! Either hire more staff or have provide access hours when the office Isn’t open. It’s not hard to do. If you want to charge people so much money, provide a better service!Also my unit was infested with roaches.

The people working here are remarkably kind and easy to connect with. I expected customer service to be transactional and clinical, like most large scale businesses, but here they really took care of me. I appreciate the help and kindness they showed a lot.

My storage unit that I was in is too small so I transfer my stuffs to another one of yout company..Darren and Brian is very nice and respectful. They listen to your wants and needs and give u good advice. Thsnk u

Customer service was great (Derek is wonderful!). Facility was clean, safe and easy to navigate. Would recommend.
