The staff were always great and very helpful. The constant price increases for the smallest unit are unreasonable. When I started with cubesmart my rent was around $45. By the time I closed my account it was $160!!! Who can afford that?

I have been a customer at this CubeSmart location for over 5 years. One day I asked a CubeSmart employee to borrow my key to open my unit and he said he could not let me have it. He said that he could not give it to me without seeing my ID and proceeded to tell me that he felt uncomfortable with me driving without a license. I actually did have my license in the car but the point is that he wouldn't let me have my key without an ID and he knew exactly who I was. The way he handled the situation was very unprofessional.After I walked to my car to get my ID he gave me the key and said keep it, I will no longer put packages in your storage unit because we have had issues before. The only issue there was, was that I came to the facility and didn't take boxes delivered to my unit. They were supposed to put the boxes in the unit.

It was quick and easy. The location manager was pleasant and helpful.

Customer service is welcoming, friendly, helpful, and knows what they are doing. I feel great coming there.

The people who work there are wonderful. The only reason I took 2 numbers off is because I really hate the business plan continuously increasing the price. I would rate it a ten if you could lock in a price rate for longer than 2 years.

Raised the rent 35% in three months. Why are you asking me this, you know this is the reason.
