Our unit was infested with some kind of vermin, likely rats. We had two pieces of furniture that were destroyed and everything smelled like rat pee. Not only was the manager unsympathetic, he was rude. We then had to pay to get our furniture hauled away because it was ruined UNDER YOUR CARE.Debra is amazing and kind, whoever that man is who is the manager is a nightmare

The storage center was old. There was mouse droppings everywhere!

Because it was infested with mice my clothes has mouse pee on my items I’m very upset and I need to put a claim in

One fee is advertised at first and after a couple of months a notice is sent about an increase in storage fees. An increase of $40. This needs to be explained in the beginning so people know that they are getting themselves into.
