I wasn’t able to get a partial refund after I canceled my storage unit one day after being charged for my unit. That wasn’t very nice

Amazing staff

good costumer service.The only big issue i had was that one time you guys had a robbery in the building and i was affected by that.The broke in to my unit and took alot of expensive snowboarding equipment, clothes and a bike.I was out of the country and i couldnt make the police report. and none contacted me ever again. was very disappointed.

I had the unit open for a few years and never did anybody break into my unit. My property was always safe and if ever I need them again, I definitely would come back to only Cube Smart.
