The frequent and huge price hikes were very offputting.

I’m uncomfortable with the lack of transparency in pricing, and would prefer to know what my unit will cost long-term. Major rent increases appear to be standard practice for CubeSmart.

Overall the service was very good the site is clean and secure. I needed a larger space. I came to you to say I had another location and could you do something about the price. I was informed that wasn’t possible to Mach your competitors therefore I chose to leave.
