excellent customer service. young lady behind your customer service center in ?Brooklyn was excellent. my only concern is you. rates are going to go up in the next several months when asked exactly how much more she did not have that information...Management needs to be transparent w rate increases.

The person at the desk was incredibly helpful and polite. She gave me all the information I needed to get started. ANd she was patient with my questions.

Every time I turned around I was faced with a price increase for no apparent reason. Always paid my bill on time, yet felt punished for doing so.

The clerks were very helpful & accommodating upon any requests about storage spaces and its convenient availability.. I had to rearrange & consolidate my boxes stored in two storage bins into one large storage space where I was given the best choices.

I would recommend Cube Smart mainly for the safety and convenience.
