Cubesmart is friendly and convenient but the price hikes were unexpected!

Easy to use website/ booking process and helpful staff

Price increases every couple of months with no fare cap even for tiny units. I started out at $59 for a 5x5 unit and 1 year and a half later I was paying $140 for that same unit. I had to leave. I was told by Cubesmart that this is standard policy

Mouse droppings throughout unit for the entirety of my reservation. It was disgusting. I never had any food in or near my unit. Price does not reflect cleanliness of unit.

GOING UP ON THE PRICE EVERY 3 MONTHS WAS LOUSYYYYYYY

Left New York for like 2 year, came back and everything was in great shape. Excellent security, I felt at ease. I desired longer hours of accessibility, this was difficult for me at times while living in New York. Also the price increase was significant and unexpted.
