The customer services personal made my rental process easy, Faviel walked me through the process to sign the contract explaining to me everything that I should know about the rental process, He is very knowledgeable in his job!!!

I moved to another storage unit from the 5th floor to the 4th floor 2.5 feet more in size and it was basically the same size possibly more narrow. I think the units are too expensive and small in size.

Unit was filthy from ceiling insulation. Costs skyrocketed soon after moving in. Limited hours of access.
