Your unit basically ruined everything I own.

In this economy, it is very difficult to maintain a storage unit… with rising cost. All the fees added.. if late and unable to pay right away made it very discouraging. Lastly there is not a partial payment option to help settle your balance which made it difficult.

Fantastic staff and services; my only complaint is the hours of operation. Access to the units closes at 5:45pm on weekdays, which makes it extremely difficult for those of us who work until 5pm (or later) to get to the unit before close. One more hour of access during the week would make a huge, huge difference. And on Sundays, even though it's a weekend, the 3:45pm access deadline is frankly ridiculous. That's basically midday. So I loved my experience here, and again, the staff was absolutely wonderful, but the hours are... ridiculous for working individuals.

I would not recommend cubesmart storage because they suddenly change the price of the units and it raises the cost significantly. It's actually predatory. Also their insurance company doesn't actually cover anything so what's the point of having Coverage and paying for said coverage. There was flooding in my unit and I was not compensated. I didn't have a Christmas tree last Christmas because it got ruined in my unit and I was not reimbursed. Amongst other things that had to get washed and thrown out.
