The unit is clean and helpful staff. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I think you guys are okay when it comes to keeping my stuff safe and secure. But what I don’t like about you guys, is you kept going up on your rent rates. I swear it was like every 6 months. And I think you guys suck for that and that’s why I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone.

The manager Mrs Joyce was very helpful and informative and patient while assisting me to make the right pod choice. Facility was clean with the exception of some dust that ended up on my items as a result of interior construction. I do wish that was handled better. Overall my experience there was a good one.

The price that I was paying for my storage was very high. And the fees that was added on to pay online or in the app was astronomical.

Your unit basically ruined everything I own.
