The staff an management was so patient an Knowledgeable with my questions there was nothing that wasn't answered l was really surprised so l gave a perfect score

Service was fine. The improvements to the building were great.Not happy about the hours. Seems like a cheap thing to do. Not convenient for business accounts.

The cubesmart location at 45 Clinton avenue is horrible! Andrea the GM of this location is a terrible manager. She lacks integrity, which is a reflection of cubesmart's business practices regarding customers... I moved out of my unit and elected to discontinue business with cubesmart because of the behavior of this general manager. The district manager was no better... poor company practices.

Gave us the wrong unit size on move-in, then had to switch to a shitty unit after on the basement.Incompetent staffBad building (leaks present on day of move-in)

Great staff but moving carts need upgrading.

Customer service was fantastic. Only complaint was that the floor of my unit was still quite dirty -- would've been nice if it had been swept prior to my renting it.

Was never given problems while I was a client.

This place is always a safe bet for your belongings. The manager is one of the best in the business and her staff has always been consistent and committed. I will always return to this location for my storage needs.
