This place is always a safe bet for your belongings. The manager is one of the best in the business and her staff has always been consistent and committed. I will always return to this location for my storage needs.

It was honestly how much dust was in our unit like a very large amount of dust. Also the price was getting to high.

Gave us the wrong size unit and then the manager of the facility took 2 hours to get us sorted after. Facility looks terrible. We were given a “climate controlled” unit but you could feel the humidity walking through there, and didn’t see a single vent. All look like shady bait and switch.

No directions on how to access the unit or the office.

My experience with CubeSmart has been unacceptable. In less than a year, my monthly rate increased from $53 to $118 without any clear justification. This kind of pricing feels excessive and misleading.The facility itself is unreliable—elevators are frequently out of service, making it difficult to access my second-floor unit. During construction, my belongings were damaged, which reflects poorly on how the property is maintained.Customer service has also been disappointing. Staff are difficult to locate and interactions have been unprofessional. Communication is inconsistent, with important rate increase notices sent only by mail while all other correspondence is handled digitally.Overall, the combination of steep price increases, poor facility conditions, and lack of reliable customer support makes this a service I cannot recommend.
