Your rental price increase tremendously

The facilities are usually clean, well-lit and all of the employees I encountered have been professional and attentive to the customers need (rare to find these days) BUT in my opinion the rent increases are too frequent and way too high for my liking. Other competitors have significantly better rates and entry fees.

The constant price increases were not competitive vs other storage companies

Prices were frequently raised with no change or improvement to the service received. This last time I wasn’t even notified of the price increase. No thanks.

Very accommodating when I needed a better understanding of procedures I had previously lost my keys and I was able to come and get my lock cut and purchase a new one same day and being that it was an emergency and I needed access to my unit in that moment it was good to know the response was immediate and my need was met immediately no wait.

The staff members at the Bushwick Ave location are professional abd efficient.

If there is a dumpster close by for things we cannot bring or no longer need.
