Your hours are horrendously inconvenient to the point of cringe. You only have one person working usually so if I need to get in the office and they're busy on the floor, it's locked and I'm out there waiting and banging with no doorbell or any way to reach someone. Your phone lines don't reach human, and your payment phone line didn't work causing an actual obnoxiously high fee. Figure it out and start caring about your PEOPLE. On the plus side, the facility is bright, clean, spacious and has good energy!

I liked that my storage was secured. The customer service was pleasant and knowledgeable, however the pricing was getting ridiculous. I started with one hundred and nineteen dollars last year. This month was four hundred and change. Almost like renting a room in an apartment.

Nice facility but when they rebranded they shortened the hours which is unacceptable. Cannot recommend it for anyone with a business because there is no access before 9:30 am and closes too early.
