You started me off with a great rate, and then pretty much doubled it by the time I left. It looked like a real bait and switch, and your service is really bad, there is no one attending ever and can never help us with any questions or issues we have. I only used you guys because you were near my apartment, I'd never recommend you to anyone.

Andrea, the manager, and all the staff have been absolutely marvelous. Kind. Helpful. My items were kept safe, and all was well.

Service was often inconsistent.only 1 person on duty much of the time. Elevator out of service on multiple occasions over the years.It was close to my home

Elevator broke, delaying our move by 2 hours. Movers had to work for 2 extra hours and I almost missed my flight because of this

broken elevator and given a unit on the 3rd floor. How does this work???

Have been at this location for five years when it was owned by Treasure Island/Life Storage/Extra Storage/Cubesmart. The new manager, Andrew, changed the policy at this location and decided to not accept packages. She would send back any packages that arrived and this greatly impacted my use of the storage unit. Also, the hours of this location changed to open at 9:30am which also impacted my use of the storage unit. She was extremely unhelpful.

The rent was raised a few months after I moved in by over 30%. This is predatory!

These comments are specifically about the facility on 45 Clinton Ave, Brooklyn NY.1. My unit got flooded multiple times. I had to throw away items worth around $6,000. The insurance covered less than $2,000.2. The elevator is a TOTAL liability. The way it needs to be operated with a steel cable (no buttons anywhere) is so insane and dangerous. One can easily loos a few fingers!! What a disaster!!!3. Most carts are barely working. Wheels get stuck.4. In the midst of my insurance claim, you guys had the audacity to raise my rent by around 20% !! Considering how bad it was, the rent was already high. And then raising it in the middle of it all.... WOW!A TOTAL DISASTER of an experience !!

No second elevator for over a year.

Early on the staff was great. About two years ago everything went bad: no elevator service, literally no staff! No staff at all! Had to operate half working lifts on our own! Just ridiculous unsafe bullshit!!
