I think the location in Bushwick provides better service. The current agents are kind and willing to help but the person who was there previously was extremely disrespectful and even dangerous. Sexist behavior . He was also lazy and not supportive at all.

Expensive, little staff present for questions, access challenges, unit was way more expensive that I expected and I dont believe it was truly as sized (space was more trapezoidal.)

The young lady by the name of Andrea F. that attended me on September 2, 2025 was very helpful, polite and amazing . She made sure I had everything set before I left the storage on 45 Clinton Ave. Brooklyn. Also the young men the shoes me my storage he wa very polite. Thank you
