I initially made my reservation online, but when I arrived at the storage facility, I realized the unit I had selected was too small for my needs. Faviel was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He quickly assisted me in upgrading to a larger unit and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.As a first-time storage renter, I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and support. Thanks to Faviel, my experience exceeded expectations, and I couldn't be more grateful for such a smooth and positive start.

The facilities were always clean and I felt safe leaving my items there but there were times when some of the front doors and/or elevators weren’t working and that got inconvenient.

It doesn't make sense for a company to ignore all the negative comments about their service to their customers, especially the incessant rent increases, and go on doing business as usual. It seems like you just don't care. There will always be people who need to store items. So, I guess you don't have to worry about going out of business. It's sad that I had to give away $10,000 worth of sound equipment because I couldn't afford to store it anymore. But be aware that you're not the only storage facility in town. Nevertheless, you do have the best employees and the facility is still in good condition although it's showing signs of wear and tear.

Initial price changes after 3 months and then yearly like clockwork. Also , if there’s another unit in the same facility with a lower price, one isn’t allowed to transfer

Pricing being raised to an undisclosed amount three months after opening an account is an unethical business practice. It is insufficient for it to only be included in the “fine print” I’ve told anyone looking into storage not to use your service due to the lack of transparency in your pricing.

Place was clean and access was easy, but they raised the price many times, eventually 180% over less than 3 years.
