The staff were really super nice it’s very clean everything is well organised and well maintained. Very nice service very happy with the entire process and how fast everytbing was handled.

The unwillingness to work with us to augment our lease because we were out of state a then to increase our rent over $40.00 a month seems predatory. I will never recommend your company and will tell my friends to avoid you as well. A huge disappointment.

I’m frustrated by the frequent rent increases. Each time they’re explained as being driven by demand or location, but from a customer standpoint they feel arbitrary and opportunistic.This approach is actively costing you business. My girlfriend is currently looking for a storage unit, and because of these rate increases we’ll almost certainly be using a nearby competitor that has committed to holding their rate steady for a year.I also work in the TV and film industry, where people regularly ask me for recommendations. Because of the egregious and unpredictable price hikes, I now tell them to look elsewhere rather than consider CubeSmart.

Great service

Great facility, great staff and very convenient. It is no good for long term storage. It should be the quoted price and no increases. Why should we constantly have to pay more and more for the same unit and service? Eventually you are forced to stop storing your property. I've had to throw away half of my belongings and rent a smaller unit. Then you get the lame excuse that it's fair market value. It doesn't take into consideration the reason people have to store things in the first place.
