Recommending a storage unit isn't always the best thing to do in comparison to clearing out unused objects however when it's required, CubeSmart certainly makes the move in/out process easy and painless. However, I really did not like the practice of providing a low intro price only to be hit with sticker shock on a much higher monthly price after that intro period ends. It's a really ethically dubious behavior and exploitative to users as there's no real path to avoid it by moving out so fast.

It’s so overpriced and the harassment if your payment is declined is disgusting. Literally the day it’s due. I had gotten a new debit card and the calls and emails and texts like it’s an emergency to get the greatly inflated price you charge for a closet.

PRICES WAS EXTREMLY HIGH

Staff was friendly and in no way is it a reflection on them. The only reason is criminal rent increases and terrible client relationship management. Had we not gone from $110 to $230, and had senior leadership not gotten so greedy, I would have stayed. I am moving to another company purely on principle.

SOOO EXPENSIVE!! and you randomly raise the rent a LOT for no reason. It's not something to use long term. The facility is nice, but the cost is outrageous and the random MAJOR price increases. INSANE!!
