No matter how wonderful (and they are) the staff is at 74 Bogart St., it loses it's value to your customers when most of the reviews are negative, and not about them. It's about your fees going up repeatedly and quite often. You are not taking into consideration the reason why people are renting a storage unit. In my case it was an emergency. I was forced to move and I had too many items at home. Sadly enough, I've since given or thrown away most of those items I had stored. Thus causing me to lose a business and money. Which became an impossibility to continue to store my stuff. This is the sad reality for many storage companies. You will always have customers, but not long term. My question is why do you raise fees for the same unit with no improvements and the building running down?

Paid my bill before time left October 19th couldn’t get a refund for the remaining time

For the time that I was renting, I always paid my bill on time and before on Sunday, November 19 I decided to move my stuff out because I couldn’t afford it anymore now when I asked for my refund which is not complete refund for which is for the time that slept to complete the month I was refused so therefore I’m not happy with what the Customer Service agent told me that reason why I couldn’t get my refund for the rest of the month that was left. That’s why I don’t and we never tell anybody not to go to CubeSmart cause that is not right I didn’t use the whole month and I was requesting a refund for the time that left and it was before the sixth that I moved out.

In the beginning when I started renting space, the building was new (just opened), clean and very close to where I use to live. I'm renting two units at this location and one closer to where I live now. Now the building is not as clean. The rugs, especially in the elevators are dirty and stained. I just rented a unit that was not given to me cleaned. The lights outside of the unit do not stay on and I have to walk in front of the sensor for the lights to come back on. The main reason I don't recommend CubeSmart is because of your pricing and the continuous price increases. upgradesno
