The property manager, Aisha, is super helpful. She is one of the most attentive staff I’ve ever seen at a storage unit. Knowledgeable, patient, and she cares about the clients. She made the facility hospitable and warm. Also, the facility is very clean and well maintained. All communications are clear, proactive and efficient. I really enjoyed storing my stuff there.

Customer service was always excellent. The price going up over time could be frustrating since I live in California and couldn't always be in Brooklyn to deal with increased costs by making changes.

6 months into me renting the unit the price went up with no warning from cube smart.

Pros: Amazing team and great location.Cons: There seems to be people living there as I've seen people grooming themselves in the bathroom or watching TV lying/resting in their unit.

Initial experience was great. When I needed more space, pricing forced me to move to competor.

I am very please with the quality of service and professionalism shown by the staff. The space that was offered was reliable spacious.
