Great service, easy to maneuver.

It's just unaffordable after some time, I had to move to a more competitive option.

The rent increases way too much every year and the facilities aren’t open enough.

My second time renting from you in 7 months every there is an increase like clockwork,.y problem is the percentage of the increase and my last experience I rented a 5×5that had a 16 inch covered beam smack in the middle with no price adjustment.

Amazing service

The price for my tiny 5x8 unit was extremely expensive. Shortly after moving in the unit, approximately 2 or 3 months, the monthly bill increased and now ots over $120 a month. I would advise everyone not to use Cubesmart. It's a shame, it's operated like the rental board in apartments. The price keep going up and up for a small space. Also there are people who sleep and live inside some of the storage units at the location I was in. Not clean nor very safe for me.

The staff are Amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, helpful, and clean

Not thrilled with the frequent price increases, but otherwise it was a clean and accessible storage location. The staff at my location were helpful and friendly whenever I had to interact with them.
