Cube Smart practices unsatisfactory MONEY Grab tactics.. You start off with the discounts/ special promos but it’s all smoke and mirrors… YOU COME IN WITH THE $20 increase in rent every month???!!!!$79 turned into $120 in 45 days!!!! I RANNN TO TAKE MY THINGS OUT!!! BBB will receive a complaint from me.Cube Smart needs to be fined for the hidden fees… If you told your clients that rent would go up $20 every month, you’d go out of business.. wourent.. would rent your units…

The facility was always well lit and very clean. It lost one point because one of the bathrooms has been out of order for quite some time.

Good Customer Service at local branch

We need to make sure people are not living inside these units. How can we make sure that people that are entering are leaving the property? Please have people monitor this because this is unsafe when people are unaccounted for.
