I received excellent customer service while I stored my things at CubeSmart. The entire 7 month duration of my use of this storage space was a seamless. The facility itself is kept clean, no bugs or trash on the floors or in the storage unit. I also received quality customer service while I was there from representatives at the front desk, they were knowledgeable about the facility and they able to answer any questions I had pertaining to my unit.Thank You!

Customer service was excellent

It's an average facility. Nothing that sets it apart from others except that you have parking lot. Also some staff are not that helpful or approachable. Lastly prices are bit expensive compared to some competitors for the same space.
