The service from the attended staff was very pleasant and very informative

Staff is nice but CubeSmart is too expensive and they raise the price on the storage excessively and without even a notice or reminder.

Storage is very clean and safe and the staff where very friendly and attentive

Started out fantastic and service was stellar. As prices went up and personnel changed, became less service orientated and I went from customer to just a renter of your product. As I moved out I notice new personnel who were personable, so it looks like you’re heading in the right direction. Lastly your prices became astronomic. I believe you’ll be having a lot of auctions as people can no longer afford their unit and have no where to take their belongings which is why most select a storage unit. I’ve always had additional storage, but the way things are going, I’ll donate to people less fortunat.
