Had an unpleasant experience in getting my unit.

I couldn't honestly recommend a storage provider who raises the rent almost 40% within a one year timeframe. There is no sense of customer loyalty from Cubesmart.

Clean space, good service.

Location was convenient and loading the storage unit was quick and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

They don’t have customer care skills

I have rented a 8x10 unit for the past year and wanted to downsize to a 5x10. As soon as I stepped into the office, both Nashia and Asia were fantastic in listening to my needs and making it happen seamlessly. They found a smaller unit on the same floor close to my existing one so that the move was made as easy as possible. Thank you for the wonderful attentive personal service.

The only elevator that would fit large furniture was out for several months. No compensation was offered. The staff at 183 Lorraine St is inherently combative and offer little help in resolving issues.
