It’s convenient for me. The spaces don’t have internal obstructions that make the usable space smaller. The staff is friendly and helpful

I wanted to upgrade to a larger unit and if I was a new customer it would have cost me $244.00 but as an existing customer it would cost me $397. So I shut down my unit and got a bigger unit at one of your competitors. You literally are shitting on your existing customers by maintaining this practice. Horrible business.

Too many price increases

The facility has been much (much!) better run since Cubesmart took it over. I still have one unit in the building -- I am just downsizing my giving up by second unit. Staff are polite and responsive to inquires. The temperature control is reliable. Rougher areas have started to be carpeted. I think it is a well run operation.

Terrible treatment of the customer once they are in there

The customer support throughout the process, from making the reservation to move-in day, was amazing!
