The quarterly increases in price is terrible. It is taking advantage of vulnerable people who are mostly forced to get storage for a variety of reasons.

Really great customer service

The rate for this unit nearly doubled over the year I was using your service. I find the business model of offering a competitive price initially and then depending on the inconvenience of moving items in and out to lock customers in to an ever increasing cost to be dishonest and predatory.If you want to improve, you should only increase rates annually. I will not be using your service again and I will strongly discourage anyone who asks me from using it either.

You al kept raising the price. Almost double from our original. Too pricey.

Rise 22% in 4 months without telling us when rent a storage, I am very disappointed, also when I saw the advertise about the first month free another trick.

While the overall service is not bad, the very frequent rent increases and the inability to price match or keep the rent competitive made me leave. Downgrading to a smaller unit felt like no deal either as the price was not as low as a similar unit elsewhere. Also knowing the extreme rent hikes were coming I just could not stay.

It's important when you have questions to get them answered and everyone seemed eager to make sure I understood. Even when I had a problem it was really no problem! They fixed everything. They were patient in explaining any and everything to me.

Your pricing goes up more than the rate of inflation
