The arbitrary price hikes are ridiculous. Within a year the monthly cost of my unit almost doubled. Dishonest and predatory practice. At least the staff are helpful and friendly.

You have good, clean facilities that are, generally speaking, accessible. However, you are essentially payday lenders. You get in at one price and the very rapidly owe way more than you should for no good reason. You raise prices frequently and arbitrarily. You have opaque pricing options. Few options to downgrade or save money. I would never recommend anyone put themselves in this position.
