raised cost 25% after 2 months. its a bad corporation gimmick

You have good, clean facilities that are, generally speaking, accessible. However, you are essentially payday lenders. You get in at one price and the very rapidly owe way more than you should for no good reason. You raise prices frequently and arbitrarily. You have opaque pricing options. Few options to downgrade or save money. I would never recommend anyone put themselves in this position.

Staff were helpful and kind. the storage unit facility itself could use some improvement- motion sensor lights make it difficult to organize inside unit, no outlets to utilize compression pump or charge phone when working for long periods of time. Large ladders were often left in aisles / in front of my unit which made it difficult to move large items. later access hours would also be helpful. The main reason I didn’t rate higher is because there were 3 rent increases in less than 2 years.

The quarterly increases in price is terrible. It is taking advantage of vulnerable people who are mostly forced to get storage for a variety of reasons.
