First I have to commend the front desk staff for always providing top-notch service . They have called when I did not fully close and lick my unit and I received phone calls regarding payment after my card was hacked and I had not updated my card for automatic billing. There are also an abundance of sizes to choose from for storage lockers. The floors are clean and the music selection is nice too!

The service was good, but I have nothing to compare it to, so I couldn't give it a 10.

Price increases were extreme. Started at 163 then ended up at 273 … not worth it

Great facility and great customer service! A very secure facility, as well. The unit was really high up which made receiving items a little difficult. The rent continued to rise every few months, so it was no longer manageable.Would use again if needed!

Bad customer service

Super easy and efficient process, fair price for everything we needed to store, and smooth move in and out! Associates are also quick to respond and are so friendly. Would definitely store my stuff at Cube Smart again.

Clean easy to use.

I have had this storage space since 2013-2014 until now. Using that time the price per month slowly crept up to $104/mo and after realizing I was paying $1248 a year I decided that was too much, especially after noting much cheaper prices at even your own facility for the same space. Instead of noting this to me I was told there were no more available spaces at that store when in fact there was. My wife went online and booked the same size room and now pays out $36, which includes the monthly insurance which is required. Turns out the insurance costs $5/mo plus the $11 that you pocket. Look, I understand that you are in business to make a profit but when I called, a customer of 10-12 years and amTold there is no way for a price reduction and all I had to do was book a new locker AND pay for another lock plus the required insurance, I do t feel like you appreciate the loyalty and business of 11 years.Other than that everything was fine though the lack of a dolly on the 4th floor was extremely annoying.

For me, it's the staff at your 3rd Ave Brooklyn location. They were always very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. Ready to be helpful. I appreciated the quickness of the service as well.

The prices were competitive and the location was convenient. But what made my experience at this location so great was the lady who helped me out - Sagirah was amazing from the moment I walked in to see a unit in the morning to renting me two units that afternoon when I returned.
