- The monthly rent went up by more than $100 in a year, which is just kind of a nasty marketing tactic for virtually zero customer service, not mentioning the ceiling dust and weird moisture I had to clean off my belongings when we moved out.- I had a manager call me several times one day to accuse me of leaving dog waste in a hallway and was rude when I wouldn’t admit to it (because it wasn’t me— I’m an adult who pays to use this space). She didn’t give her name or offer any apology to me for there being dog shit in the hallway. My rent went up again in the next billing cycle.- A man who rented a unit near mine would sit in his unit alone with the door open and watch YouTube, seemingly for hours at a time because of how often I saw him there. This made me feel pretty uncomfortable going by myself, as it was made obvious to me that there isn’t surveillance in the hall.- Another man tried to sell my boyfriend an armful of ski gear “for $20” as we were moving out. It did not seem very legit.Overall just unprofessional and poor quality for the price. Very glad I won’t have to work with y’all again.

I did not receive a revised statement of new charges and was not told the price for a smaller unit when I ordered a smaller unit. I was not told that the larger unit would have been less expensive and that I would not receive a free months rent. At check in I was told that a free month rent would be reflected in my second month’s bill, but then I later told when inquiring by phone that this would not be the case.

We love this storage spot. As others have said, Sagirah is a super star. Always there to answer questions and help find a fair price. It’s because of her and her staff that we opted to stay at this location when the rent went up.

First I have to commend the front desk staff for always providing top-notch service . They have called when I did not fully close and lick my unit and I received phone calls regarding payment after my card was hacked and I had not updated my card for automatic billing. There are also an abundance of sizes to choose from for storage lockers. The floors are clean and the music selection is nice too!
