Yolanda at the desk was very welcoming, polite and very helpful. She’s has been very patient and explained everything to us.

Clean and convenient

Shonda the manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude. My entire experience was horrible. She was very rude to customers including myself and used her cell phone the same time customers were speaking to her. The district manager was horrible as well and refused to return any phone callls. I would never recommend CubeSmart to anyone even if it was free

Rate was fantastic for the size of the unit...The ease of moving in....The paperwork process was quick and easy.

All the staff have always been friendly and very helpful to me which I truly appreciate. They have made it easy when I wanted to change to a smaller storage and are always quick to reply if you call or email.

The office was supposed to be open at 8 and no one was there. My movers and I had to wait for over 30 minutes to be let in.

Price increases too often and too high. Main door not fixed for few weeks

Shaunda showed me great help I tried to find the card I was given but couldn’t but she did very good in helping sort out what storage I needed and helped me with the payment option that would best fit my budget
