Safe, clean, climate controlled & easy to get to

Because although the space was nice, every six months the price went up. We ended up paying 100% more and it was ridiculous. Although we can afford the cost, at the end of the day, I don't trust you and your constant rent increases. It was just a matter of not believing in the company any more.

I never recommend storage units. This was an emergency.

The rent increases were unsustainable. Our rent doubled. We moved away to another storage unit. The staff and customer service, however, was good. You lost a customer with your rent increases.

Great customer service.The facility is super clean and comfortable that to store here. A bright and cheery environment.

The place is clean and the staff very polite and helpful. However, you raise your rates very quickly and without adequate notice. This practice I feel is very deceptive and forced me to move out faster than I had planned.

Charge one price in the beginning then 3 months later increase by $50. So I left
