The rates are high, and for that you have an unlit unit with hallway lights that periodically turn off. After about a year I found that my padlock had been smashed, presumably by another tenant. After showing them the smashed lock, they gave me a new one but didn't apologize or anything, and honestly seemed rather unconcerned by it. That said, I can’t deny that the place is clean and organized, with a nice bathroom and water fountains and a good set of dollies that you can borrow.Ultimately, I was happy to finally find a more affordable storage solution elsewhere.

Overall cleanliness of the facility and how well the location is secured. The customer service is genuine and kind.

I know it’s just business to to keep going up on the price of storage. But for my taste it was to often. I started at an introductory price of 99.00 dollars and left when the price became to high at 208.00.

The facility is always extremely clean, well-maintained, and reliable, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.Recently, I scheduled an online move-in for a larger 10x15 unit on 4/2, and the process was super easy. They had a great promotion where the first month was free, so I only needed to pay for insurance and a small service fee, which was a really nice bonus.When I arrived, Patricia helped me with everything. She showed me the unit, explained all the details clearly, and answered all my questions with so much patience. She was very friendly and professional, and you can tell she really cares about customers having a good experience.The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. From online booking to move-in day, everything was organized and efficient. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility with great customer service!
