I know it’s just business to to keep going up on the price of storage. But for my taste it was to often. I started at an introductory price of 99.00 dollars and left when the price became to high at 208.00.

I’ve been renting with CubeSmart for years, and after trying other storage places, I can honestly say CubeSmart is the best. The facility is always extremely clean, well-maintained, and reliable, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.Recently, I scheduled an online move-in for a larger 10x15 unit on 4/2, and the process was super easy. They had a great promotion where the first month was free, so I only needed to pay for insurance and a small service fee, which was a really nice bonus.When I arrived, Patricia helped me with everything. She showed me the unit, explained all the details clearly, and answered all my questions with so much patience. She was very friendly and professional, and you can tell she really cares about customers having a good experience.The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. From online booking to move-in day, everything was organized and efficient. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility with great customer service!

The reason I gave this rating was because I've been renting from you guys since 2010 and you made enough money off of me to be throwing me out for a simple misunderstanding with the uneducated individual you had at your front desk for not providing me with professional service when asked for about the hours. So disappointed and I'm not done with the ratings either I'm going to let everyone know how ungrateful you guys are. Actually you did me a favor because now I'm not paying $200 and something dollars for a 5x7 space and I'm getting a month free and I'm paying less at U-Haul so thank you
