I have been a Cubesmart tenant since 2017 and been very happy with storing my seasonal stuff ☺️

I like Cubesmart and I believe they can use more employees to assist with move in and out.

You all raise storage fees without notifying your renters that their fees are being increased.

pricing was reasonable. Staff are incredible. They were very attentive and easy to work with. The units are cleaned. Security monitoring the place. Easy access.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. From when I first moved in until I moved out, they answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable in the space. Also, the office, storage areas, bathroom and hallway are all quite clean and well lit, which is much appreciated!

I was able to access my storage later in the day. Other storage units usually only have access until early evening.
