Your facilities are the best my son and I have ever experienced. I’ve been storing our belongings for 15 years and your employee Nanette is the kindest and most professional person we’ve had the pleasure of working with.

The reason I gave this rating was because I've been renting from you guys since 2010 and you made enough money off of me to be throwing me out for a simple misunderstanding with the uneducated individual you had at your front desk for not providing me with professional service when asked for about the hours. So disappointed and I'm not done with the ratings either I'm going to let everyone know how ungrateful you guys are. Actually you did me a favor because now I'm not paying $200 and something dollars for a 5x7 space and I'm getting a month free and I'm paying less at U-Haul so thank you
