They told me my locker was prepped when it was not. The lock was still on it instead of the green bag. So we couldn't move everything in. Talked to Stacy and Joshua. I would love to talk to Stacy again about it.

I am VERY disappointed with your policy, I had to move out earlier and was charged for the whole month!!I will not recommend cubesmart to anyone nor ever use your company again!

Everything was perfect. From customer service to actual storage, policies, access, etc. I hear elevators were out a day before we went there. Only one of the 2 was working the day of, still I'm very impressed with this storage solution overall.
