I made a reservation for a 5*5*8 unit, but they showed me three units, and each of them essentially lacked clear dimensions because of internal obstructions, and my belongings wouldn't fit. Unfortunately, other units were unavailable. I had to choose a larger size and spend more money than I had planned. A 5*7*8 unit was completely unavailable at this location, so I took a 5*10*8 unit, and I was told it was the only and last option for me. I naturally decided to take it since this location is on Neptune Avenue, across from my house. However, my new unit is actually 5*8*8 due to the internal construction, but I'm paying for a different size.

There is ZERO customer service - everything feels too automated. And the people who work here feel as if they’re unable to do much because of how the system is set up. They aren’t the problem, but the way this is set up is very cold and doesn’t leave room to help solve problems.

Because the price was almost doubled within a two years

Not enough cameras in facilities, no security guards on sight after storage closed. Need to do really good checks on people who they hire . My unit was robbed
