The Facility Is Old & Unkept, Dead Mice Present. Some Employees Were Helpful Some Were Not. Rushing Customers. Not Properly Informing Us On Fees & Policies. Forced Up Charging.

Great customer service from the Staff! Explained everything clearly in detail and answered all of the questions I asked professionally. Also offered different options that best suited my needs!

Service and cleanliness

I’ll start out with the positive. Staff were always friendly and helpful.Now the rest. The facility was infested with rodents. Every time I went to the unit there were droppings everywhere. The yearly rent increases the past few years were outrageous and not appreciated given the conditions. When the price went over $300/month that was the motivation for me to move out.
