Because it was infested with mice my clothes has mouse pee on my items I’m very upset and I need to put a claim in

One fee is advertised at first and after a couple of months a notice is sent about an increase in storage fees. An increase of $40. This needs to be explained in the beginning so people know that they are getting themselves into.

Customer service was very professional and nice.

Debbie who helped me was absolutely amazing. She took extra time to show me my options and talk through the sizes with me. She was especially helpful on the day of my move, helping me change units since my movers were unwilling to move into the unit I had rented.I give a lower rating because the units themselves are difficult to access unless you have a roll in unit. For the units that are up high, it is imperative that these facilities be outfitted with lifts to make storing larger things possible.
