Ease of move-in, helpful staff (namely Brian!!!), size of unit.

Frustrating that the access hours are limited to working hours rather than having 24/7 access like many other storage facilities offer. Not sure why there are restrictions if the facility is self serve with an access code anyway. Also, the initial pricing offer is misleading, and the portable stairs needed to access elevated lockers are difficult to move.

We had appreciated the help of the store manager, Brian and the experienced service he offered when we moved in, when we had questions regarding our account, and when we moved out. He always treated us well and had given us sufficient time to discuss with him concerns or questions we had about our belonging in the storage container.

prices jumped quickly and what seemed to be randomly. we had storage spaces of the same size about $70 difference in price - the larger size unit was almost the same price as one small unit. we are trying to consolidate and getting rid of overpriced units is our goal

It has been a really good experience, it was easy to access my storage and I like the convenience that comes with it.
