I was contacted by a representative at the 900 Atlantic Ave location. I was told that some much-needed repairs needed to be done and they would like for me to move another floor so that the repairs can be done to avoid damage to my stuff or any inconvenience to my access.I went the same day and one of the representative, handle everything. He gave me options to selected from and he was very uncomfortable to my concerns to the ones I rejected. After selected my new storage space, he explained everything that I should expected, he also showed me how to use the mobile cubesmart app to access my storage. He helped me with my stuff to my new store.Great experience and I have no complaints.

The staff was wonderful Nicole and Ruby were very helpful kind and understanding. I would use you guys again with no problem and recommend you to some people. The only hiccup we had throughout the whole process was the elevator went down on Saturday so it took us a lot more time to Move out. That’s the only thing everything else was great thank you very much.

The person that helped me at the office was super friendly, explained everything and the place is clean and looks safe and nice.

When I started with Cubesmart it was affordable and convenient. The staff at that location are outstandingly friendly, accommodating and professional. They were always responsive to my questions and needs. The decrease in access hours and incessant increase in rent were the reasons for my dissatisfaction and leaving. Hence #7

Rent climbs every 6 months. Hours of operation are incredibly slim. It feels like a scam!

I started paying 300sh $ last year and within a year a 5x10 went up to 500 plus…Crazy!!!!
