When I started with Cubesmart it was affordable and convenient. The staff at that location are outstandingly friendly, accommodating and professional. They were always responsive to my questions and needs. The decrease in access hours and incessant increase in rent were the reasons for my dissatisfaction and leaving. Hence #7

Rent climbs every 6 months. Hours of operation are incredibly slim. It feels like a scam!

I started paying 300sh $ last year and within a year a 5x10 went up to 500 plus…Crazy!!!!

It's a good clean storage space with friendly support staff. It didn't merit a higher score only because of the monthly rate increase. The starting promotional rate is low but each successive month it takes a big jump. This was explained to me at the start but it still felt like a surprisingly big increase month-to- month.
