While the facility is nice and well maintained, raising the rental rate >15% every 6 months (>30% a year) is a serious problem and one of the main reasons I stopped renting the unit.

Its a good company to store with either short-term or long-term. I ldont like that i didn't have access 24 hours but nevertheless I recommend to other.
