The facility is clean, nice carpet, and my belongings were safe and the fact you need a code to get in.

I’ve just terrible welcome from front desk not really accommodating when it comes to pay, cash only, no others way period.Second time, the guy barely look away from his from feeing like I’m not there.I’ll leave asap.

The rate went up too much and when I asked them to revisit that they told me to cancel and sign up for the promo rate and move out and back into a unit which is ridiculous.

the place is clean, super convenient, staff is nice, it's all great. only annoying thing is the steadily rising rent cost, but I guess that's life. at least it would be much better to know in advance how it will go up and when, otherwise feels sneaky

I’ve received wrong information from multiple people including a manager. There’s no accountability and I only hope I’ve uncovered all the inaccurate information and there are no new surprises.
