Great responsive service, clean rooms and convenient location.

The carts were locked up. I understand you have lost 2 or 3 carts over the years but this is just a price to do business. In the grand scheme of things, it’s just a small loss that a huge corporation like you were him right off however, you chose to inconvenience your customers.

Not having a elevated loading zone to make it easy to load and unload a truck without help.

I have included the feedback email on about 20 emails. The butler location and corporate in general was horrible in solving the moth infestation which I called out the day I moved in. The area manager only contacted me and requested a call 20 emails in after I had given my notice and notified them I contacted a lawyer. Still the resolution was mediocre leaving me to pay for 4 months of rent during which I was constantly being ignored and given partial responses. I will NEVER recommend cubesmart. This was the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with and I’m disgusted from start to finish.

It was secure clean and the employees were always very helpful

Easy to open and close a unit, helpful and friendly employees, clean facility. One point less because I wish the access hours were longer.

Best storage in town!
