Excellent treatment from the work team, especially Mrs. Lily, and giving the first month for free, it was a great thing

I initially had 1 unit and I thought the initial price was good, so I went ahead and rented a second unit...However, a few months later both units went up significantly in price and although they were both the same size, 1 unit cost more than the other unit...I am on a fixed income and I have asked for my payment date to be moved to the 1st of each month when my Disability check arrives...Although I have the unit for over 2 years and I was paying for a second unit, Cube Smart would not push my payment back for 3 or 4 days, and each month I incur a late fee and they lock me out of my unit and pause my gate code!!I have been a faithful customer for a few years and it means nothing to Cube Smart...As a matter of fact, now that I have thought about it, and you have asked me why I am not happy with Cube Smart, I think this may be my last month with you guys...Why should I continue to pay 30 dollars more each month, when there are so many other storage facilities that can give me a better offer...

The facility was always musty smelling, It was damp, and dank, the lighting never worked and the ladies were not friendly , they were cold. It was also always a problem trying to get the bill to pay upfront for a yar. They would make multiple mistakes, and then chare me a late charge . The final straw was the lock out. after they provided wth wrong invoice amount multiple times and then charged a late fee. Goodbye

They say first month free but I have to pay for an admin fee. Doesn’t make sense told the representative that this was a scam just to know 5 minutes later cops arrived asking if everything is ok. Don’t know if that was related to me didn’t do nothing wrong or was for something else. Found the situation to be strange. They stated after a few months you will have increases but didn’t mention how much was the increase. Didn’t like the whole setup when you’re opening an account. I don’t recommend CubeSmart to anyone. First month free means first month free not paying the admin fee that is equivalent to the 2nd month horrible.
