I initially had 1 unit and I thought the initial price was good, so I went ahead and rented a second unit...However, a few months later both units went up significantly in price and although they were both the same size, 1 unit cost more than the other unit...I am on a fixed income and I have asked for my payment date to be moved to the 1st of each month when my Disability check arrives...Although I have the unit for over 2 years and I was paying for a second unit, Cube Smart would not push my payment back for 3 or 4 days, and each month I incur a late fee and they lock me out of my unit and pause my gate code!!I have been a faithful customer for a few years and it means nothing to Cube Smart...As a matter of fact, now that I have thought about it, and you have asked me why I am not happy with Cube Smart, I think this may be my last month with you guys...Why should I continue to pay 30 dollars more each month, when there are so many other storage facilities that can give me a better offer...
