New bigger units were less then 1/2 the price. Long term customers should be paying less not more. Your company's policies are FUCKING outrageous

Your company Is misleading, false advertising you nickel and dime everybody for every little thing if you say one month is free, it really isn’t because you nickel and dime the people you don’t show your real face. The fine printing is manipulating. You have people that need a space. I know this competition, but there’s time and time is money to other people not to you.

Booking the unit was extremely easy. Staff were very professional and accommodating. The unit was clean and easy to find.

The young lady who attended me, Lilia, was very courteous and helpful answering all my questions, as well as all the ones I didn't think to ask. She made the check-in process very seamless!
