At this store the customer server is “ Superior “ . Day one of me renting the space the entire staff was courteous and polite. The facility is very clean. Carts are always available. They have good hours to accommodate everyone’s needs to an extent. Most of all it was when I lost my job and could not pay my unit on time, I was offered different options. Like, pay-to-vacate, downsize, and a quick timeline to help solve my needs, to continue renting or exit in a timely manner. They are very professional and take their jobs seriously but they are also caring, compassionate and understanding.It brought, and still brings tears to my eyes/heart to know how kind n gracious the managers / staff were to help me prevent from loosing my family’s items, my medicine etc.Your situation may not be as complicated as mine.This facility has fare prices & great move in deals for their units. A move-in truck is offered with most units. You move your belongings, move-in your items & they drive the vehicle from your pickup to their facility. Great deal . No truck rental or move-in fees. In most cases it comes with your unit.My stay was the best. I’m a single mom of 5 children, I lost my job, then my belongings from other storage facilities was extremely painful. Also hard to recover,. At this facility, my belongings were stored in a safe, clean and secure unit“No Rodents” even when I forgot not to store food them.To the staff at this facility, I will always be greatful, thankful & blessed by your understanding of my rare circumstances. It was a pleasure n thank you all again.
