first, your employees were always very professional, pleasant and helpful. the facility (office/ storage units were always clean and you aways felt safe on the premises, which is of most importance.

Because how are you going to charge someone 264.00 for a little while then tell them next month they bill is going to be 350.00 very unheard of and not good at all ? 👇

I've had several Storage cubes over the years, and I feel that the company takes advantage overcharging. Wanted to give me a 20% increase. From 520 to 590 for 10x15.I moved into cube. Smart because facility opened at nine a m it opened at 9 AM. And suddenly you didn't open until nine thirty.I should have gotten a rebate. And then you have the audacity to want to charge me to make a payment. And disconnect me being able to calling the individual facility to make a payment. I always feel and continue to feel that you do whatever you can to overcharge. And make it difficult to make payment without a fee. I would not recommend this place. I feel like I got robbed and it's not a nice feeling.

Was convenient and a good price at first but then the price kept increasing and it became too expensive to justify keeping it. I also wish there was a dumpster there or somewhere to throw away things.
