The pricing at 945 Atlantic was excessive and not what we were promised the only person at that facility that made it bearable was someone named Giselle she was kind understanding and always courteous in explaining policy and making us feel heard

Facility was fine, but my rent was raised twice in under a year and I never received a notice in the mail. It’s unfair to have my rate changed almost immediately and then again in 6 months. Really bad customer experience and no real resolutions offered.

I gave this particular location a very high score because the staff has always been friendly during my visits inside of their location. This location couldn’t have been more perfect, location wise, since the location is a few minutes away from my job and not far from my residence. I would greatly recommend this location to anyone interested in storing their items.

Excellent people - that’s what already counts!

Everyone at this location is very helpful. I had a leak in my unit caused by a dripping overhead AC unit and the onsite manager was very attentive and helped me move into a new unit that same day. Their customer service is top tier and prices very reasonable for the area.
