I came to cubesmart with my neighbor to help her arrange for a storage unit, the person we spoke with was so kind and patient and courteous of her needs, and we were able to arrange everything very quickly and easily. She was so happy with how smoothly everything went, and the sales person got us the best price on the best unit that would not be too much trouble for her to access.

The building’s roof leaked into my storage unit and ruined thousands of dollars worth of possessions including irreplaceable sentimental things. My unit’s price was just raised an unreasonable amount and I was offered no discount or money back for the horrible experience and hassle that this caused, not even an apology. I was then moved into a unit across the hall that was the “same size” and it is most definitely smaller.

Prices for the units go up every month or so, found bugs in storage unit and although promised to be air conditioned, during the summer, it was extremely hot.

Because I weren’t informed that you haven’t received my payment which I had to get another bank card due someone was using my account. The bank told me that all my payments were going through.

Staff was very helpful when there, but was not available during business hours. When we moved in the key to our provided lock broke. We had to wait until the next day to get a replacement since the staff was on a long break. Also frustrating to be forced to buy a lock with cheaply made keys. Otherwise a solid experience.
