My unit was horrrrrible. Had to use a broken ladder to access my unit

My item was not able to be moved into the unit despite reassurance it was. My item didn’t fit in the actual building because there was a pole in the middle of the hallway.

I would have liked to have recommended CubeSmart to my friends and family, but I cannot due to the price. I had my storage unit for one year, and the price increased twice. I was originally paying $172, and when I closed my unit, I was being asked to pay $313. I'm thankful I found a new home with enough space for my desk and other collected items, I still couldn't believe the short span it took for CubeSmart to drain my wallet.

Well the storage price was too high. Then I changed storage facilities. I got a better deal. Then they told me that a had a grace period. I thought the grace period was free as long as I move my stuff out before the grace period ended. But a had to pay a fee. That I didn’t expect to pay.
