Excellent service

Because you don't appreciate when a person has been with you for several years. I believe instead of going up in rate and not being able to take into account how long you have been a client should effect the price that you pay monthly. Not that it goes up just cuz. I literally found the same unit a block away from the facility at a reduced rate. And when I spoke with management they said their nothing they can do for me at the new rate. I went from 196 to 249. That is crazy raise. Should do better.

No issues

This facility was once reasonably priced, but over the years the rates increased to the point where it became unaffordable. Despite the price hikes, it still lacked climate-controlled units, which are essential for storing clothing. I was able to find a reputable alternative at half the cost that offers the features I was looking for and better hours.

The gentleman that helped was very helpful and answered my questions accurately

The convenience in knowing the option to store was available made it better overall for my family and I during such a stressful time in everyone’s life

Staff is always amazing and helpful at the Atlantic Avenue location!!!! Thank you guys so much for all of your assistance with my stay, definitely makes me want to continue to keep you in mind in case I need another storage unit.

Samantha is very cordial and helpful. Harry was enough to help out too. No one have me any stress about transferring my items to another unit.

Anthony made everything smooth , store clean , I definitely would recommend to my family and friends , this has been by far the cleanest i seen storage in a very very long time
