Lost $200 because of incompetence of the rep that didn't explain the process and no one in store on my move was on a time crunch and unable to access unit and no one in office.to help all gates were down

Rented unit online insent my movers there and no one was in store to guide me or help all gates were down and no one answering phones I had to rent another unit with another company and then to.kate to move in and had to spend $250 to.keep my items in truck.over night i will.never rent from this company again horrible experience l.

The ceiling fell on the things I was storing and the price became ridiculously high and my things were ruined.

The gentleman who help me was very polite and helpful made me fell very comfortable
