First, you overcharged me. You charged me twice more than the unit of the same size and location currently costs. While your website advertised it as $21/month if paid online and $28/month if paid in store, you charged me $47 per month during the whole 2025 and raised it to $55 for 2026. I am requesting a refund of the overcharged amountSecond, the unit was severely infested with mice and my belongings were damaged.
