At least 1 of the associates at the location where very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Very inappropriate attitude.

No one was available to assist during move in day. Manager states she never received a call about my issue and waited 3 days to hear back from anyone. When contact was made, attitude was given, no apology was given, and no clear answers were given for any of my questions.
